      Background

ACA-1099 adds a new Terraform provider for AAP. This will be a supported Terraform provider and should be tested against AAP. This should cover the common usage scenarios that we expected users to perform.

This will be addressed by the testing scenario #2 in https://docs.google.com/document/d/117mDsTegazUq0vVp2nygaW-FGkbsqjCTfDSJ3N9r6WI/edit#heading=h.ndleefcaua7s

      User Stories

As a developer I want to have downstream testing enabled for the Terraform provider so that I can verify the functionality is correctly working.
