Background

ACA-1185 will add a new inventory source plugin to controller. This integrates the work done in ACA-1111 on the cloud.terraform.terraform_state inventory plugin with controller.

The inventory source plugin should be included in QE testing pipelines to ensure correct functionality within the platform.
