1. What is the nature and description of the request?

It would be interesting to have a RBAC role who provides the ability to create workflow job templates and give admin privileges only to those created workflows.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Currently, admin users are able to manage all the workflow templates, but there where cases in which you want users to create and become administrators only of the workflow jobs that they created.
