1. What is the nature and description of the request?

The current SCM git authentication supports username with password or PAT (Personal Access Token) only. The customer requires Azure Service Principal authentication support.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

There is a security requirement from customers NOT to use PAT but Azure Service Principal only.
