Add the option to force some optional fields as mandatory.

Similar to how you can set a field in a job template as "Prompt on launch" it would be beneficial to also be able to mark a field "Mandatory".

This helps ensure a fair use of the tool and avoid human errors (our strategic customer Roche, has a large and complex AAP environment, this RFE originates from their current day-by-day usage experience from the field)

Example: When creating a job template, we might need to LIMIT by default and not run against the full inventory. This facilitates not needing multiple inventory files and be able to force users to limit their job to a specific host or group of servers (instead of "all") or creating a different job template for each especial case. This facilitates also delegating permissions via API for webhooks and avoid launching a job on thousands of servers.
