By default, Facts Storage is not working in the Ansible Automation Platform for resolving this issue we have a KCS for the same https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6968832 but as mentioned in the Root Cause --"During job execution, gathered facts are stored in a file within the job runtime directory. Fact storage works by comparing the time between when the file was first modified to when it was last modified. If the file's last modified time is less than or equal to the first modified time, then facts will not be stored. This happens when the Automation Controller server has a different timezone than UTC."

So here cu wanted to have their nodes in the EST timezone. And wanted to know when this will be fixed in the next release of AAP (meaning there will be on dependency upon UTC).
