There is a partner request to add Dynatrace as an additional log aggregator end point in AAP Controller settings as per : 

This will not only compliment the options for controller external logging, but will also provide a better integration point for further EDA works we have planned and are actively discussing with Dynatrace. 

There is an assumption that there is a need to connect to a Dynatrace tenant or a Log monitoring API (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/dynatrace-api/environment-api/log-monitoring-v2/post-ingest-logs) for this to work.
