Per an user's request, they would like to specify a custom redirect URL on logout.

Customer Use Case:

Requests ansiblehub.ansible.com (VIP to PAH) --> Redirects to sso.keycloak.com:8443 (Keycloak/Red Hat SSO) --> Logs in and successfully accesses PAH --> Logs out and then redirects back to sso.keycloak.com:8443 (Keycloak/Red Hat SSO)

Currently, the default behavior is to redirect back to RH-SSO when logging out of PAH (as described above). Instead of redirecting back to RH-SSO, they would like to specify a custom redirect URL (e.g. redirect back to PAH login screen).
