[RFE] Add a method for monitoring uwsgi workers in Controller

      1. What is the nature and description of the request? 
        While `uwsgitop` can be used to monitor the workers, it requires being logged onto each Controller node to run the command. This RFE would add the ability to monitor the workers from the Controller UI or elsewhere.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
        During peak times we notice uwsgi workers are getting used heavily. Having a way to monitor these workers would be great for preventing any issues.
      1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
        Having these metrics added to the ./api/v2/metrics endpoint or to a UI element would be ideal.
      1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
