Feature Overview

Need to be able to switch off all schedules, retaining state info, then switch back on again later.
As an enterprise with many schedules, its hard to keep up especially during outages where we need to stop all schedules, but are unsure, short of taking screen shots, about the status of all.

a single place to switch on / off will allow us to manage changes far easier. This feature should be accessable via api.
