1. What is the nature and description of the request?
When setting the "_awx_description" variable for a host imported from a source it currently updates the description within the UI only when the host is new to the inventory. When the host already exists in the UI's inventory and another source update is ran it will set a variable of "_awx_description" for the host and not update the UI's description.

This request is for changing this behavior so that a host can exist in the UI's inventory and also update the UI's description of the host when "_awx_description" is set and an inventory source update is ran.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Currently using multiple sources for each record (Insights, Spacewalk, and the hypervisor). When the description is updated within one of these sources is should also be updated within the Controller UI.

3. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Customer requested the description be able to be overwritten/updated based on a switch/boolean.
