Set installer option to customize the CONTROL_PLANE_EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT to the Private Automation Hub node ( when set ) for environments using Satellite.

Set variable value in our inventory during setup.sh execution.

Environments using Satellite will perform the installation using the online installer and will default the CONTROL_PLANE_EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT to registry.redhat.io resulting in failures as the host doesn't have full internet access.
