      Feature Overview

Allow end users who have execute permissions on a workflow job templates be able to see the job output without needing additional permissions to the respective individual job templates.

      Background, and strategic fit

      Per the customer:
Currently, if I have a bunch of templates inside a workflow and I grant a user specific execute access to that workflow, they are unable to see the Details screen of the individual node executions for that run. This means if something goes wrong with a workflow node, the user can't investigate issues any further. This functionality seems to be locked behind access to the individual templates themselves, which I do not want them to have.

My core use-case for Ansible tower is to allow end users to run workflows or templates that require elevated privileges or other functionality/tasks that are locked by other teams. The workflows have very specific overrides in place for the templates and are unable to be edited. Giving users access to the template itself clutters their "job template" list with things they won't be granted permission to execute (and thereby making things visually confusing to the end user) and doesn't make much sense from a user design/interface perspective for our purposes.
