[RFE] Prevent Org names from being editable if generated by SAML

      1. What is the nature and description of the request? 
        Currently, Organizations generated by SAML can have their names edited by Org admins. This RFE is to restrict Org admins from being able to edit Org names.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
        Prevents automation and access to the Org from breaking if the name is changed.
      1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
        This could maybe be a setting that can be enabled/disabled by System admins.
      1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
