1. What is the nature and description of the request?
   When running the openshift-install command from a playbook using the command module would like to follow the output.

Currently the entire stdout/stderr is dumped when the command completes

   Unable to monitor the progress of automated installs.
   Prevents being able to respond or interrupt the command if errors are encountered.

   Would like to follow stdout/stderr from the command when using the command module
