What is the nature and description of the request?

Just to incorporate the separate `<component>_extra_settings` variables into the RPM installer similar to what the Containerized installer has available to it.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To be able to insert extra_settings as needed into each component during the install phase. This can help when issues are seen during installation/upgrade and changes need to be made outside of defaults/what's available.

How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
