[RFE] Automatic Project Updates should display who launched the associated job in the `launched by` field

      1. What is the nature and description of the request? 
        When a project update is launched automatically by a job (due to `Update revision on launch` being enabled on the project), the `Launched By` field for the project update displays "Generated by Ansible Automation Platform". Instead, it should display the user that launched the job itself.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
        For auditing purposes, this will help attribute all activity to a specific user account.
      1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
        A change in which user launched the automatic project update should be all that's needed.
      1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
