Add the ability to have a catch all condition at the end of a rulebook which can send the payload to a location - refer to MCP/LLM or ITSM.

Event-driven automation has a potential issue in that, unless a customer knows what that event is, they cannot build for it. Also events can take place with no real easy way to refer to them so you can add the condition to the rulebook.

If we have a default rule at the end of the rulebook that allows us to capture each event payload and then reference MCP/LLM or even just push to an ITSM we can atleast get details from the event and build against it happening again.

Provide a method to post the event payload with a catch all rule/condition to a destination.
