1. What is the nature and description of the request?
   > Allow Podman login using a token 
2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   > Cu wants to utilize the token based authentication to pull the images. The password-based authentication works, but the API won't. 

Tried with API Token[Expected not to work], and PAT, but none worked.
