What is the nature and description of the request?
The ability to disable Project level "Update Revision on Launch" for templates called from within a workflow.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
For development and testing purposes, it is often desirable to enable "Update Revision on Launch" for a Project, to ensure that you have the latest code prior to launching a template. But when many such templates are part of a Workflow, this can significantly slow down the workflow for unneeded project syncs, and the workflow itself can do a project sync as part of the workflow.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
During Workflow Job Template creation, add an option to "Disable Project Sync by Job Templates" or similar wording.
List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
Documentation and UI would need updating for the new option. API would as well.
