- Multiple FSI customers would like to better control the control/execution plane for rulebooks in EDA.

- For customers deploying cloud managed AAP offerings or multi-site/DR deployments: They'd like to be able to control where the EDA rulebook activation runs.
- How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
- This could be achieved by leveraging the existing instance groups from controller and exposing them to EDA to select the execution plane for an RBA.
