In a multiple tenant setup for AAP, we want the ability to grant each tenant (Organization) admins the ability to create credential types. Custom credential types are frequently needed and giving the tenant's admin access to create them for their Organization will speed up development time. If we can grant that access in our Development instance of AAP, this will definitely improve development time. Of course we don't want Organization admin by default to have this access as we still want that restrict credential type creation for our Production Instance. Allow access granting to a role through the UI and through CaC would be great.

Curently, all credential type request have to be funnel through the AAP admins which slows down development time. It's also slows down the process as tenants need to test and play with credential type creation which is not possible without AAP admin level access.
