1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently the search filtering for jobs in the AAP UI has a variety of fields to filter by such as "name", "ID", "status", etc. A couple fields that are missing from this list are "launched by" and "inventory".

This would enable their Ansible user base to filter on jobs with more customization.

1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Allow for 'launched by' to be a filterable field on the job page.

'Launched by' should filterable by username.

Allow for 'inventory' to be a filterable field on the job page.
