Issue Description
We need a technical way to enforce change control within Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Currently, users can create or update workflows and templates without going through a formal change control process.

Requested Solution
Please add a feature to AAP that would:

Make a change ticket number (CHG#) a mandatory field when creating or modifying any template or workflow
Verify this CHG# is valid and approved by connecting to our ServiceNow system
Block the save or execution of templates/workflows without a valid CHG#
Business Need
This enhancement would help us comply with our internal change management procedures by technically enforcing the process rather than relying solely on user compliance.

An API integration between AAP and ServiceNow to validate change ticket numbers in real-time before allowing template/workflow modifications or executions.
