Support encryption of podman secerts in AAP installation. As the containerized installer doesn't allow you change the podman secret backend

Customer is concern about unprotected secret is exposed to anyone that has access to the VM. The root user of the VM is a shared account. They also require all sensitive secret files to have encryption
