It would be nice to have a means of composing or grouping job templates such that he cost estimates can be aggregated, visualized, and better understood by non-technical users.
An example of this would be workflows. The workflow as a whole relates to a set of tasks that could be manually performed by a tech, however there may be cases where the workflow takes extra steps that a human would not necessarily need perform. In the current setup, we cannot set a job template to 0 even if it is a task that would not be done manually. Also, with this it would be simpler to provide an aggregate manual time for the "equivalent" process, rather than attempting to discern the individual costs for each associated job template.
Business Impact :
If the tool does not allow us to accurately or easily estimate a savings or benefit (in our view) then we will not use the tool and find some other means to do so.
