What is the nature and description of the request?

If an environment has multiple nodes of the same type (example: 2 hub nodes) and one of the nodes continuously encounters issues, it should be removed from the cluster and a notification sent.

A problematic node in the environment can caused cascading problems for the entire environment.

How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Perform periodic health/integrity checks to determine if all nodes in the environment are in a healthy state. Similar functionality already exists with Controller/Execution nodes.
