Add the ability to download a pdf of the job stdout, instead of the .txt version

Compliance does not accept .txt files as valid evidence and requires the job stdout to be converted into .pdf format

Add a global setting to set the format of the stdout. Also allow for the user to select either .txt or .pdf as an option when clicking the download stdout button for a job.
