Allow job templates in Ansible Automation Platform(AAP) to select the “Source control branch” based on a scm_branch variable.

      •  ** In AAP 2.5, when ‘Allow Branch override’ is enabled on a project, the ‘Source control branch field’ in a Job template accepts only a hardcoded or manually entered value at launch.
      • Customers want the ability to reference variables, for instance if the original scm_branch variable is passed as extra_var or survey to a job template in UI, CU wants to modify its value.
      • The current limitation is that the “Source control branch” field that refers to scm_branch variable cannot be modified from other areas of the job template.
