Currently, S3 compatible storage backends for Pulp data are supported in operator based and container based installations of AAP. However, this capability is not available in the RPM based installation.

This RFE proposes adding support for S3 compatible object storage as a backend for Pulp in RPM-based AAP deployments. The goal is to achieve feature parity with containerized and operator managed installations by enabling external object storage for artifact and content management.
