What is the nature and description of the request?

Allow for jinja templating or the ability to lowercase the `inventory_hostname` within the `servicenow.itsm.now` inventory plugin.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer would like the `inventory_hostname` of all hosts within their environment to be lowercase so that it could be consistent. Some hosts are uppercase, some are lowercase, and others are mixed.

How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Be able to use jinja templating or pass in a flag that would lowercase the`inventory_hostname`.

List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
