What is the nature and description of the request?
Allow for changing the job execution path for each instance within an Ansible Automation Platform environment. The current method of changing `Settings -> Automation Execution -> Job -> Job Execution Path` applies to the entire environment. If Ansible Automation Platform is running in an OpenShift / Kubernetes environment, changing this setting from `/tmp` will cause jobs to not be able to run.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Some customers have to mount `/tmp` with `noexec` due to security reasons. This causes problems for Ansible Automation Platform when it tries to run a job on the instance with this mount option.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Either through a setting at the instance level or for configuring the Execution Node similar to the KCS article (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7131851/)
List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
