What is the nature and description of the request?

The `client_request_timeout` is an important setting inside of the Operator now because with the introduction of it being available it defines (almost?) all of the timeouts within Gateway/Controller. Because of these timeout changes (like uwsgi's HARAKIRI going from 120s -> 10s), other errors can now be encountered and they're only able to be worked around in other ways unless the Operator pods are able to be spun down.

So they can control their timeout when things may be expected to take longer.

Allow `client_request_timeout` to be available in the AAP/AutomationController CRD's
