Currently, ALIA provides responses in explanatory paragraph form. While this is informative, users often need actionable guidance that is broken into clear, sequential steps.

This RFE proposes enhancing ALIA’s system prompt so that, when a user enters a question, the LLM is instructed to respond with:

1. Pre-Requisites (what needs to be in place before execution)

1. Step-by-Step Instructions (a numbered, sequential guide)

An example would be creating a job template, when a users asks about a job template, there can be pre-reqs, like projects, inventories, credentials, access control

and then step-by-step guide like Go here > do this > then this etc
