The customer is looking to implement CAPTCHA in Ansible Automation Platform to enhance security and add an extra layer of protection.

An attacker can spam the database by randomly letting bots to fill the form fields as there is no CAPTCHA implemented. 

Not implementing CAPTCHA can result in increased vulnerability to automated attacks, compromised security, degraded user experience.
