      1. What is the nature and description of the request?
        1. The customer would like to be able to directly invoke a job template from Splunk using a webhook associated with a specific Template. Currently, only GitLab and GitHub and Bitbucket are available.
        2. They do not want to do this by means of EDA. Direct Invocation only.
      2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
        1. The customer does not want to instantiate EDA yet, and has no plans to do so very soon.
      3. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
        1. Add the Webhook to the list of available options to choose from, and make it available to Splunk.
      4. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
