      1. What is the nature and description of the request?
        Add execution node to existing AAP environment without any downtime.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
        Business Impact: This feature would allow us to scale out execution environments on demand without needing to offline our primary system for configuration enforcement and application deployment. Having to offline the entire instance forces us to coordinate with other teams to ensure other critical operations are not impacted.
