The service accounts created at https://console.redhat.com/iam/service-accounts/ are not working with API calls made to https://developers.redhat.com/api-catalog/api/automation-hub

It also affects the PAH collection sync on prem: customers can not use service account to sync collections on private automation hub from console.redhat.com.
