1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Our latest releases of EE images (ansible-automation-platform-25/ee-supported-rhel9) have an outdated version of one of our Red Hat Certified Collections "rhel_system_roles"

The currently installed rhel_system_roles Collection on these EE images is version 1.21.1
However the latest published version of this Collection on the Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog is now at version 1.95.7

The version currently provided within the EE images is very outdated, and missing critical functionality like support for RHEL10 hosts.

Customer wants to use the certified collection on RHEL10 hosts; of which our latest EE are documented to support

Update all current published EEs to have the latest version of Collection "rhel_system_roles"

1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
2. Github Link if any
