The container image tag is a part of the container image signature. Users can currently upload unsigned execution/decision environment images to private automation hub (PAH) and sign then via the GUI.

Now, when the user adds a new tag to this image via the GUI the signature of that image/tag combination is removed. Despite this the Images view for an EE in PAH shows a Signed status (see screenshot where the 2.18.5-1 and latest tags are signed, but the again tag is not), which is incorrect and misleading.

I would like for the PAH GUI to clearly indicate if the image in general is "fully" signed (i.e. all tags) and I would also like the GUI to show if the individual tags are signed. For the latter, perhaps we could have the tag names themselves be in different colors.
