1. What is the nature and description of the request?
   1. AAP does not allow for conditional survey questions or dynamic survey questions (questions appear in survey based on above answers).

2. Visually, multiple selection options require a select multiple from a dropdown list, would be better visually to have an option to also have a checkbox format (same functionality). Another way would be to add multiple entries within the same field in a table format so entries are dynamic and store in array format.

3. Multiple selection choices do not allow to be reordered/require you to delete and retype whole list again, which takes a while. We would like ability to reorder multiple selection choices in a survey.

1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   Some automation is not possible today/confusing/takes additional setup and maintenance. All of these we can work around, but for user experience, it makes automation via the platform a bit complex
