Request documentation to support the redis SSL connection with external redis.

A PR that shows the available options in the redis configuration secret.  https://github.com/ansible/test-topologies/pull/6 (ocp-b.env-a/automation-platform-redis-configuration.yaml) 

However, support for all the possible combination of options and features may not be fully tested / supported. Therefore, the request is to make a document if/ or how the redis SSL connection works with external redis.
