1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is looking for a way to associate roles with teams for the automation gateway in AAP2.5. 
"role_team_assignment" module under controller collection works for Automation Execution roles under Platform Gateway but the customer still need a similar module under eda collection so they can do the same for Automation Decision roles. # Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

RBAC is done with the assistance of the creation of 3 teams that are associated to each Organization that is created for each team/squad that requests access to AAP: admins (that have an Organization admin role), members (that have an execution role in the Organization's objects, including job templates, inventories, projects, etc) and auditors (that have a view only role in the Organization's objects), so we request an automated way to associate the required roles to each team whenever we have a new squad requesting to be onboarded to AAP and EDA.
