Feature Reuqest for Rolling Upgrade of AAP Cluster

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Moving from standalone Ansible Automation Controller (AAP2.4) to Ansible Automation Platform Containerized Cluster (AAP2.5), rolling upgrade of AAP could be supported in feature release/version.

There are situations where we needed to add control plane(controller) nodes and execution nodes from different DCs to the same cluster.  As the cluster expands, it's hard to find a maintenance windows to upgrade all components in the cluster at the same time. In a scale-out architecture, rolling upgrade is an essential feature to ensure high availability.
