The following was submitted by Department of Works and Pensions UK (DWP), an Ansible as a Service on AWS customer.

      1. What is the nature and description of the request?

We have a number of shared services that we need RedHat AAP on AWS to be able to communicate with such as Service Now, GitLab Dedicated, and AWS/Azure APIs (Kubernetes API endpoints). We need to be able to enforce restrictions on these services to only allow authorised services via IP restrictions. For that reason we need Ansible on AWS to be able to support egressing to our services using known and static IP addresses. This is crucial to our onboarding of the service.

      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer are unable to fully onboard to Ansible on AWS
