Request function for sending an API call via the notification system for an approver in a workflow.

For example, we wants to send an API call to msteams to notify that a job template is pending approval and tag the appropriate users. While the emails still go out to the approvers as well, as that's the default in the platform.

The idea here is that when adding an approval node type you can also add a notification in there too(based on all the notifications avail for other things) to integrate with other systems.
