      1. What is the nature and description of the request?
        Customer  wants to create a charge back strategy so they can start billing their internal customers:
          
        If Red Hat is providing an Enterprise product, these issues should also be registered and considered as this is a pain point for all Enterprise users of AAP. We want Red Hat to provide some guidelines on how to start charging our internal customers and on what basis.
If required please open an RFE internally and involve Ansible BU to solve this issue
