What is the nature and description of the request?

setup.sh in the RPM version of AAP includes the following two features which are missing from the containerized AAP installer:

1. setup.sh -k calls the collections/ansible_collections/ansible/automation_platform_installer/playbooks/rekey.yml playbook which does not exist in the containerized installer
2. setup.sh – -t generate_dot_file would run the generate_dot_file tasks from collections/ansible_collections/ansible/automation_platform_installer/playbooks/install.yml, but those tasks are missing from the containerized AAP installer.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers used these features in previous version of AAP, but they are gone from the containerized AAP installer.
