A community member has contributed a PR to add support for bitbucket cloud webhook.

While we currently offer support for Bitbucket Data Center webhooks, we do not offer support for Bitbucket Cloud Webhooks.

   This contribution would resolve issue https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/5209 and allow customers to use Bitbucket Cloud Webhooks.
2. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
   We have a community PR with all of the needed functionality, we would just need to usher it through: https://github.com/ansible/awx/pull/15699
3. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
   We will need to write corresponding ATF tests
