      1. What is the nature and description of the request?

      Customer would like to get the following awx-resorce operator to create resources in the AAP Configuration Collection (infra.aap_configuration):

      Ansible Automation Platform by RedHat is using awx-operator and awx-resource-operator:
      https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator
      https://github.com/ansible/awx-resource-operator

      Customer would like to get the operator awx-resource-operator to redhat_cop.aap_configuration,  to create awx resources on OCP.
